一、 机器配用步骤图 Steps of using machine
镜面,TPU,PVC 等材料防霉剂使用方法
Mold prevention for patent material, PVC, TPU and so on
1. 如果鞋面是镜面，TPU，PVC 等材料，请将 IM-8201-TM 喷在鞋盖里，其余所有材质鞋子都必须喷洒 IM-8201-TM 防霉剂。（注意：请将指纹全部清理干净，若是残留指纹，将有可能引发发霉风险）
If the shoes’ upper is made by patent leather, PVC, TPU or other which does not need to be sprayed IM-8201-TM, please spray IM-8201-TM in shoes box, and other type of shoes must be sprayed by IM-8201-TM anti-mold agent. (Attention: please clean up all fingerprints. If there are fingerprints on the upper, it can cause molding risk.)
2. 如果包装方法为蛋壳包装，在装箱之前先在将 IM-8201-TM 喷在外箱内后再装箱，装完箱后再喷洒 IM-8201-TM。如果分两层装箱，先喷洒第一层之后，再装第二层，装完后再喷洒一次，之后再进行封箱。If is using plastic bags for packing, spray the IM-8201-TM at inside of the carton box before put in the shoes, then spray again before seal the carton box. If there are 2 layers or more packing in one carton box, spray on the first layer before begin to pack the second layer, then spray again before seal the carton box.

二、 手喷配用步骤图 Spraying by airbrush
*注意事项 Attention:
1. 不管是手喷、机喷，喷完等待自然乾燥是最好的选择。
2. 建议可不过烤箱进行包装。
3. 进行包装时，请务必戴上手套进行包装，防止指纹残留，引发发霉风险。
4. 若是塑胶包装，请务必在塑胶包装上打上至少 6 个孔，保持内部通风。
5. 手喷请务必戴上手套，每一个地方务必都要喷到，包括手拿鞋子的部分。
6. 请留意防霉剂的出厂日期，一年有效期。
7. 在使用手喷方式时，不需要倒入喷枪防霉剂时，请将桶盖盖上，避免毛绒，粉尘进入桶内，引发变质。
8. 贴合防霉剂 IM-8201-1 正常添加量为 2%-5%，梅雨季节需添加到 5%，此季节最容易 导致发霉，内里一旦发霉是没有办法处理的。添加进白乳胶里后，需完全搅拌均匀。混 合防霉剂的白胶上好材料后，需在两个星期内裁剪完成，维持通风收藏。
9. 如果鞋面是镜面，TPU，PVC，请将 IM-8201 喷在鞋盖里，其余所有材质鞋子都必须喷 晒 IM-8201-TM 防霉喷雾剂。（注意：请将指纹全部清理乾净，若是残留指纹，将有可 能引发发霉风险）
10. 如鞋面带有装饰带和超过 30 公分高的鞋 子需手喷处理到位。饰品部分需隔距至少 50cm 进行喷拭。
11. 手喷注意事项：需完全喷到位。( 如遇到 易发霉鞋跟也同样要喷晒到位，例如易发 霉的层皮包跟等等 )
1. No matter spraying the anti-mold agent by manual labor or by machine, waiting for naturally dry would be better.
2. Suggest not to pass through the oven to pack.
3. When packing, must wear gloves, avoiding the fingerprint to cause the molding.
4. If it is plastic packing, please punch several holes, at least 6, to keep the
ventilation.
5. If the operation is by hands, please must wear gloves to sprayed. Every place needs to be sprayed including the touching place.
6. Please notice the manufacture date, validity period is one year.
7. When do not need to pour the IM-8201 into the spray gun, please seal the cover to avoid dust to enter the bucket to cause the pollution.
8. We suggest to add 2%-5% of Anti-mold agent for adhesive IM-8201-1 in the glue. During the rainy season, it needs to add up to 5% at least, because this season will easily cause mold problem. Once the lining mildewed, it cannot be solved. After adding the agent in the glue, it needs completely to mix well. Then, the material which has applied with the anti-mold agent, should be cut in 2 weeks, and stored in the place which has good ventilation.
9. If the shoes’ upper is made by patent leather, please spray IM-8201 in shoes box, and other type of shoes must be sprayed by IM-8201-TM anti-mold agent. ( Attention: please clean up all fingerprints. If there are fingerprints on the upper, it can cause molding risk. )
10. If the shoes have the decoration on the upper or the shoes with more than 30cm High should be spraying by hands. The distance should be at least 50 cm between spray gun and the accessories part.
11. Attention for hand spray: Should be fully sprayed in place. ( Include the heel, layer of skin, etc. )
此种类型的鞋子正常喷，距离 30 公分，喷完过 50-60 度的烤箱烘乾。
This kind of shoes could be sprayed normally at a distance of 30cm,then must be dried by the oven about 50-60℃.
TPU，PVC，镜面鞋面将 IM-8201-TM 喷在内盒，但是 请一定将指纹全部清理乾净，若是残留指纹，将可能引 发发霉风险。请戴上手套在进行包装。若没有鞋盒请喷 在外箱。If the shoes’ material cannot be absorbed, like TPU, PVC, patent, such as patent leather as picture shown, please spray IM-8201-TM in the shoes’ box. And also, please clean up all fingerprints. If there are fingerprints on the upper, it can cause the risk of molding. Please have to wear gloves when packaging. If there is no shoe box, please spray IM-8201-TM in carton.
装饰带位置需手喷，饰扣部分需隔 距至少 50cm 进行喷拭
Hand spray on the accessories. The distance should be at least 50 cm.
高度超过 30 公分的鞋子需手喷， 鞋跟需特别注意
More than 30cm high or has layer skin on the heel also should spray by hand.
对于有火鸡羽毛装饰的鞋子需手喷，且注意不要喷到羽 毛。
The shoes with turkey feather should also spray by hand, and please don"t spray it on the feathers.
如果鞋面是镜面，TPU，PVC 等材料，无法吸收 IM-8201-TM，若要防止缝线、毛边发霉，可在鞋盒 使用 IM-101。
If the upper is made by patent leather, TPU, PVC or other materials which cannot absorb the IM-8201-TM, please brush or spray IM-101 inside of the shoe box to avoid the stitch part or rough selvedge to get mold.
三、 货品存放建议 Storage Advice for Finished Produc
四、 仓库以及货物货柜消毒建议 The Suggestion of purification in Warehouse and also the Container
*注意事项 Attention:
1、良好的通风能降低发霉风险。请注意保持良好的通风。
2、如果条件不允许，在材料仓，成品仓的湿度超过 60%，请打开除湿机，降低湿度直至60% 以下。
3、下雨时，请记得将门窗关起来，纸箱远离门窗，防止纸箱吸收水分。
4、装货时，请确保所有纸箱是在乾燥状态下进入货柜，尤其是在下雨天的时候。如果在被打湿的状态下进入货柜，它将有很大机会发霉甚至影响整个货柜。
5、建议每週做一次净化消毒工程，请勿喷到货物上。
1. The well ventilation can decrease the risk of mold. Please pay attention to keep the well ventilation.
2. If the condition is not allowed, we suggest to turn on the dehumidifier while the humidity is over 60%. Please do not turn on when the humidity is already lower than 60%.
3. When it rains, please remember to close the window and keep the carton box away from the door and window. Avoiding the carton or package box absorbs the moisture.
4. When loading, please make sure cartons are loaded into the container in dry condition, especially during raining day. If the cartons are wet, the wet cartons which are already loaded into the container will cause mildew even to the whole container.
5. Suggest to do the purification once every week, and please do not spray on the product.
沃尔玛鞋类产品防霉计划
一：工厂环境A:室内每6个月打扫一次：1.所有工作区和储存区必须每半年打扫一次打扫时，请使用医用消毒剂清扫墙面、地板、天花，风扇，以及机器设备（内部及外部。请安全使用医用消毒剂，遵守医用消毒剂供应商的安全操作指南，以防止工伤事故发生
2.请在年初（2月1日入雨季（4月1日）以及8月1日或者在工厂遭遇洪水后彻底打扫工厂
3.请使用5％的漂白剂每天清扫地板、传输带，以及包装台。在毛巾经过清洗及漂白以前不要重复使用
4.定期清洁排水系统以保证排水顺畅。不允许任何滞水，B:室外尽可能多青除工厂周围的杂草。
二：材料储存仓库：1.所有制鞋材料：鞋面、鞋底、盒子、箱子应当储藏在通风状况良好的仓库里，并放置于离地面5英吋的栈板上。
2.材料不得储藏在潮湿的地方。
3.用湿度计每小时测试—次相对湿度。仓库的相对湿度应当保持在60%以下
4.材料根据“先进先出”的原则周转流通。
5.在仓库使用风扇促进通风，以保证所有材料干燥通风良好。
6.材料必须用塑料薄膜覆盖或者密封，以防止灰尘侵入
7.请勿使材料接触墙面或窗户。所有材料必须保持干燥，并与窗户保持60厘米的距离
8.关闭窗户，检查并修理受损的玻璃。三：贴合加工及制造过程：1.除鞋面为白色或浅色PU、PVC的鞋子外，所有鞋子都必须喷洒AEM5700防霉剂
2.在贴合后，材料必须彻底干燥。
3.如果材料在贴合过程中或之后经过了加热或烫平，请确保材料在卷起、包装前完全冷却。切勿包装热、温、潮湿的材料。
4.除硫化鞋外，任何鞋类都不得使用棉线，因为棉质材料容易导致发霉
5.保证真皮，尤其是猪面皮、猪反毛皮、牛反毛皮在鞣制过程中加入防霉剂。
6.每双鞋喷洒不超过8至10克的AEM5700防霉剂。
7.在喷洒AEM5700后，鞋子必须立即经过烤箱烘烤，在70℃温度时时间设定为3分钟或65℃5分钟
8.所有童鞋、运动鞋、工作鞋以及登山鞋的内里必须喷洒AEM5700以控制内里材料对湿气的虹吸特性,但无渗透性的材料如PU、PVC不适用此条。
9.鞋垫组合好后亦须喷AEM5700，以防止鞋子里产生异味
10.在生产过程中应当使用适当的加热及冷却处理，以保证在包装前鞋子完全干燥。使用冷冻箱冷却并非首选方法。
如果可能，请选用自然冷却方法或使用风扇冷却。
如果必须使用冷冻箱冷却，切勿把温度设置在零摄氏度以下，以防止水蒸汽凝结。打开所有冷冻箱门，整夜通风以保证干燥。
冷冻箱两侧必须开门，冷冻箱内部应当每六个月使用福尔马林清洗一次。在冷冻箱里面或周围不、得有滞水。
11.生产场所平常的空气流动很重要。使用足够的风扇以防止空气停滞，并防止霉菌孢子停留在鞋类产品以及设备上。四：鞋面仓库：
鞋面仓库中应保持良好的通风状况，相对湿度保持在60度以下。最好能使用抽湿机。五：包装1.所有外包装箱、鞋盒以及包装纸在包装前必须完全干燥。
2.内盒里侧应喷洒AEGIS防霉剂。
3.在包装线末端使用紫外线杀菌。所有鞋类产品、鞋盒、包装纸必须在包装前在温度为70摄氏度的干燥箱中干燥至少3分钟。超过3分钟效果更佳。包装线工人注意事项：
1.保持工作服干净整洁。每天都穿漂洗干净的工作围裙及工作服。
2.切勿戴棉手套。
3.始终保持双手干净，尽可能经常洗手，尤其是在离开工作岗位后重新返回时，一定要洗手
4.在包装线的末端放一块干净的干抹布擦拭灰尘。抹布每天都更换，以保持清洁注意事项：
1.除了鞋面有白色或浅色的PU/PVC的鞋子外，所有的鞋子需喷洒AEGIS防霉剂。
2.不要使用硅胶干燥剂或（Wasaouro）防霉片，以防止提供给沃尔玛的鞋子发霉
3.如果产品在S/D前一个月完成，产品必须重新验货以检查是否发霉。
六：成品仓库1.包装好的纸箱应当堆放在仓库中2楼或更高楼层离地面5英寸的栈板架上，以防止产品受潮受湿，并保持通风良好。
2.包装好的产品切勿接触墙面和窗户。所有产品保持干燥，并必须距离墙面60厘米
3.在通过最终验货后，立即装运成品出厂，以避免产品在储存过程中受潮。产品应当按照“先进先出”的原则装运。
4.仓库必须具备良好的通风条件。每4小时应使用湿度计检测相对湿度并记录湿度状况。相对湿度要保持60％以下。仓库内部必须有空气循环系统（风扇）
5.关闭窗户，检查并修理所有受损的玻璃。七：卡车运送：1.装运前保证货柜或卡车干净整洁、干燥、无泄露。
2.如果使用无盖卡车运送，请保证在装车后用厚塑料油布覆盖货品。
3.避免使用装运过天然织物或其它高度易发霉的物品的卡车或货柜。
